Ground-Up ISP Build
Needed to launch an ISP from a standing start — no datacentre, no network, no peering relationships, no operational platforms. The build had to support both carrier wholesale and end-user VoIP services from day one.
Designed and built the physical datacentre from bare concrete: specifying and installing precision air conditioning, UPS battery banks, diesel generator backup, and physical security. Procured and lit dark-fibre routes using CWDM and DWDM wavelength multiplexing for backbone capacity. Negotiated Tier-1 transit agreements and established presence at local internet exchanges for peering. Managed RIPE coordination for IP address allocations. Built and deployed wholesale broadband and VoIP platforms with full OSS/BSS automation.
